Youth Lifetime Permits
In an effort to reverse the declining sales of hunting and fishing permits, the Foundation established its Youth Lifetime Permit Program. A series of drawings is held at special events across the state and winners can purchase a lifetime hunting and fishing permit for a Nebraska resident aged 15 or younger at half price. The Foundation pays the other half of the permit costs.
